Ordeo documentation: a privacy token with holder yield
Ordeo is an ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain with a private side. Shielded ORDEO sits in encrypted notes that only you can open, and creator fees from ORDEO trades make every note worth more over time.

What Ordeo is
$ORDEO is an ordinary ERC-20 token, due to launch through Pons V2, the token launchpad of Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663). Like any other token, it can be held, sent and traded in public by anyone.
Next to the token sits a pool contract, OrdeoShroud. When you move ORDEO into the pool, your balance becomes one or more encrypted notes. Each note is a hash on chain. Only you can read what it holds, and only you can spend it, by making a zero-knowledge proof in your browser. The pool never stores amounts, owners or links between notes.
The slogan is short on purpose: Hold ORDEO. Show Nothing.
Public ORDEO and shielded ORDEO
There are two ways to hold the same token:
- Public ORDEO sits in a wallet address. Anyone can look up how much it holds and follow each transfer in and out. It does not earn yield.
- Shielded ORDEO sits in notes inside the pool. Nobody else can see how much you hold or who you pay. It earns holder yield, because notes are counted in vault shares and the vault keeps growing.
You can move between the two at any time: shield to go in, unshield or sell to come out. See Shield and unshield.
Where holder yield comes from
Pons takes a fee from each trade, first on its bonding curve and later, after graduation, in its Uniswap v4 pool. One slice of that fee, called the creator share, is sent to whatever address the token names as creator fee recipient. For ORDEO, that recipient is a contract called OrdeoYieldSplit.
The splitter divides everything it receives 50% to the team and 50% to the holders’ side. The holders’ half is used to buy ORDEO and donate it to the vault. That raises the vault’s backing without adding shares, so every share, and with it every note, is backed by more ORDEO.
Status today
$ORDEO has not launched yet. The contract address on this site is a placeholder and none of the Ordeo contracts are deployed. Every number tied to the live token, such as fee rates set by Pons or vault size, appears only once the token exists.
Until then, the app runs in practice mode: actions are signed messages, nothing is sent as a transaction and balances are practice balances. The same screens send real transactions once the contracts are deployed.
